Braintree
Braintree is home to the Wamps, named after the Wampatuck Indian, which means “White Deer”. Founded on land first colonized in 1625 by Captain Wollaston, it was initially named Mount Wollaston. The school colors are royal blue and white and their Bay State Conference rivals are Framingham and Weymouth.
